Managing Dogs

The power of Better Breeder websites likes in its dog management utilities. You can think of your dogs on your website as specialized single pages. In fact, the webpage that visitors land on to view each individual dog is called its Single page. Each dog and its data is synonymous with the Dog Single page, and we’ll be using those terms relatively interchangeably from here on out.

All of each dog’s data (like its name, AKC number, and photos) are attached to its Single page. From here, you’ll be able to group dogs into Categories (like Stud Dogs, Puppies, or whatever you’d like) and pull every dogs in each category into any other page on your site. For example, if you create a For Sale category of dogs, you could pull all the dogs in that category into the home page of your site. Each category you create will also automagically generate an Archive page.
